• Do you ship internationally?

Yes, however any shipping promotions are only for U.S domestic shipping.
As of October 25, 2021, due to COVID restrictions, USPS cannot deliver to Australia or New Zealand. Shipping will be through UPS until the restrictions are lifted. We are aware that UPS is exponentially more expensive than USPS and we really apologize about the inconvenience! 
  • When will my item arrive?

We ship most items through USPS as of right now. Please keep in mind that due to COVID-19, delivery times may take longer than normal. To be safe, assume 1-2 week delivery from order date in the USA and 3-4 weeks for international, although we will do our best to get things out as swiftly as possible. Thank you for your patience as we are brand new to the e-commerce world! 
  • Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?

At this time, we only accept returns/refunds if the item is different than what you ordered or is damaged upon arrival. Please contact us at info@piperrosebandanas.com if you have any concerns and we will do our best to help solve the issue. Please see our Refund/Exchanges page for more info.
  • How does your sizing work?

There is a size chart on each listing but to ensure the proper size, please include your pet's neck measurement in INCHES at checkout so we can check to make sure the sizing is correct. If your pet falls between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Your pets thickness of coat/fur can affect the size as well as the desired closure style (knotted vs snaps only). 
  • How the heck do I close this thing?

Our bandanas are intended to be a tie closure (that is why the pictures from the first launch are missing snaps) but after hearing customer feedback via social media polls, we decided to add snaps to the bandanas to help make sizing more flexible. You can choose to either  knot-tie the bandana (without the use of the snaps), tie the bandana and snapping the ends together, or use just the snaps at the maximum bandana length (as determined by size chart).

  • What are the care instructions?

We recommend hand washing, air drying, and a warm iron to get the wrinkles out. The instructions on the fabric says that you can wash cold, and tumble dry on low but the fabric is cotton so it could shrink in the dryer. Please do not iron over the PRB tag. You can iron over the personalization vinyl if you put down a layer of cotton between the iron and the vinyl for protection. 
  • Do you restock patterns?

Restocking is not guaranteed due to the availability of the specific fabric pattern but we will do our best to accommodate! It is possible that certain patterns can be restocked so make sure to follow us on instagram @piperrosebandanas to keep updated on any potential restocks. 
  • Can you do a custom size?

Potentially, please email or Instagram DM us if you need a specific size that falls outside of the offered sizes and we will do our best to accommodate. It depends on the availability of the specific pattern you are requesting. 
  • Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one code can be used at checkout per order so if multiple discounts are available, you have to choose which code to use.
